Each order is reviewed and handset by a professional
designer. In addition to our print ready online proofing
system, we also offer optional customizations of your
font, color and layout design for a small fee as an
added service to our customers.
We understand that sometimes things change. If you need
to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as
possible. Additionally, we understand that special
circumstances may occur such as a venue change. We are
happy to assist you with your reorder, please phone our
customer service department to discuss your options.
We strive to offer you the best possible customer
service. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any
reason, simply contact us within 15 days of receiving
your order and we will be happy to arrange a refund less
applicable fees.

helpful staff is dedicated to bringing you the best
selection of save the date cards, wedding invitations,
bridal shower invitations, thank you cards and
accessories at the lowest prices. If you find the exact
same item offered at a lower price elsewhere, we will be
happy to match the price. The competitor's item must be
identical, by the same designer and it must be in stock.

stationery arrives in perfect condition and in a timely

Customizations
We take great pride in providing you with high quality,
personalized stationery. To that end, we are happy to
customize many parts of our cards to make them exactly
what you'd like. Some of these customizations require
additional work to the actual art file, and thus we
charge a small customization fee. If you are
interested in customization, please call us toll free at
1-866-804-2070.
Please note that we offer unlimited customizations for
all our items. Each customization fee will be
based on the customization and the free will be provided
to you, the customer, before any work is completed.
Proofs and Changes
A $10.00 fee will apply to any of the following
requests:
•If you would like to see more than one version of your
card at the same time, there will be a fee for the
additional proof and a separate fee for any
non-refundable customization that you request.
•There will also be a fee for changing to a new design
after a proof of your original design has been created.
Restrictions
The following are the restrictions on our
products:
Background Color
•This service is not
available for all designs because of images on the
design may appear to disappear on certain colors. Please
contact our customer service team for further
information.
Graphics & Text
•Please note that due to copyright laws,
graphics from one card may not be added to another card.
Similarly, we cannot add clipart or images submitted by
a customer to any cards, and we cannot add photos to
non-photo cards, unless provided proof of ownership of
image.
•We cannot accept Microsoft Word documents for this type
of project due to font licensing restrictions.
Similarly, we cannot convert Word documents to PDF files
for you.
•You can convert your own Microsoft Word document into a
PDF using a plug-in found at adobe.com.
•The text in your file must be aligned as you would like
to see it printed on your cards.
If you are submitting body text in a language that uses
the English alphabet, we will have access to fonts that
accommodate accents in that language. If the language
does not use the English alphabet, however, please
submit your information in an EPS, PDF or AI ready file
following the guidelines listed above.
Customers assume all legal responsibilities for the
images and other information they submit. All of these
types of files will be evaluated by our professional
designers on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellations
A $20.00 cancellation fee applies:
•Should we not receive a response to an electronic proof
within 45 days from the day your order is placed. The
order will be cancelled automatically and a refund will
be issued less customizations, rush and proof
processing.
•Request to cancel your order is received while it is in
production status (a designer has completed the setting
of your order).
An item CANNOT be cancelled if
•The item has gone into print. This means the item
is already in the printing process and we cannot cancel
the item.
Reorders
If you would like to purchase additional quantities of
your order, please contact customer service and we will
be happy to process your order at the list price.
If you are a registered user you can place a reorder by
clicking the Reorder link under Order History in My
Account.
Reordering
We understand that special circumstances may occur such
as a venue change and offer the following options for
these special circumstances.
Changes in your order BEFORE it is approved
Your order comes with a complimentary proof. We will
provide two proof revisions consisting of text changes
or standard layout modifications free of charge. You are
able to make unlimited changes to your order during this
proof process before your order goes to press.
Changes in your order AFTER it is approved
If a proof has been approved but contains a customer
error(s) OR if changes are requested after the order is
printed, shipped or delivered, we will work with you to
correct the error and make the changes and reprint your
reorder at a case to case basis discount. We will provide a complimentary, updated
proof which will require your approval to ensure that
errors are corrected before we proceed with the reprint.
Reordering with Customizations
•An order placed within the last 45 days, will have the
final art on file. Therefore customization fees will not
apply.
•Orders placed more than 45 days ago, will no longer
have your final art on file so a new order must be
created and customization fees will be applied to your
reorder.
Reprints
Errors made by JolieInvite.com
If an order were to contain an error or misprint caused
by our staff or vendor, we will happily reprint it at no
cost to you, or you may choose to keep the order as is
and we will apply a 25% discount to the order.
Refunds
We will make every effort to insure that your order is
processed efficiently. However, in the event that:
•You are unhappy with your purchase for any reason,
simply contact us within 45 days of receiving your order
and we will be happy to arrange a refund less applicable
fees.
•Your order arrives 30 days late due to an error on our
end or the shipping courier, we will refund your entire
order including shipping
•Your package was shipped incorrectly and will miss the
latest delivery date, we will upgrade to the appropriate
shipping method or refund your shipping.
•Please note, if you choose to use a photo that our
specialists have recommended against, and you are not
happy with the photo on the final product, we cannot
offer a refund.
Note: Applicable fees are defined as $25 cancellation
fee, shipping, customization, and rush fees if they
apply.
